The Al-Anon Family Groups (AFG), which includes Alateen, has been in existence for 72 years as a community resource providing support to those affected by someone else's drinking. Today, there are about 24,000 Al-Anon groups and 1,500 Alateen groups meeting in 118 countries*. Our meetings are anonymous and confidential. There are no dues or fees for membership. This site serves the Ohio Area.

Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc. has done a survey of its adult members every three years since 1984. Our surveys provide demographics and information about members’ health and well-being, before and since attending Al-Anon meetings.
